{"id":109848,"date":"2024-05-23T18:42:49","date_gmt":"2024-05-23T18:42:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev.interpares.ca\/?p=109848"},"modified":"2026-03-02T15:58:40","modified_gmt":"2026-03-02T15:58:40","slug":"faire-du-plaidoyer-cest-resister-naviguer-dans-la-violence-anti-lgbtqi-de-lapres-guerre-au-guatemala","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.interpares.ca\/fr\/faire-du-plaidoyer-cest-resister-naviguer-dans-la-violence-anti-lgbtqi-de-lapres-guerre-au-guatemala\/","title":{"rendered":"Faire du plaidoyer, c\u2019est r\u00e9sister \u2013 Naviguer dans la violence anti-LGBTQI+ de l\u2019apr\u00e8s-guerre au Guatemala"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"109848\" class=\"elementor elementor-109848 elementor-101101\" data-elementor-post-type=\"post\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a789d6c e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"a789d6c\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3380702 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3380702\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><span style=\"color: #015093;\">En 2023, 33 personnes LGBTQI+ ont \u00e9t\u00e9 assassin\u00e9es au Guatemala.\u00a0<\/span><\/h3><p>Notre homologue guat\u00e9malt\u00e8que Asociaci\u00f3n Lambda a document\u00e9 <strong>cette flamb\u00e9e de violence contre la communaut\u00e9 LGBTQI+<\/strong>, mettant ainsi en lumi\u00e8re une question souvent n\u00e9glig\u00e9e.<\/p><p>Des hi\u00e9rarchies raciales, coloniales et\u00a0sexuelles profond\u00e9ment enracin\u00e9es au Guatemala ont culmin\u00e9 pendant la guerre civile de 1960 \u00e0 1996. <strong>La situation des personnes queers et trans a empir\u00e9 avec le conflit arm\u00e9<\/strong>, un probl\u00e8me largement occult\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 tout r\u00e9cemment. <strong>Peu de progr\u00e8s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s<\/strong> pour obtenir justice ou contrer les violences envers les personnes LGBTQI+ dans le Guatemala de l\u2019apr\u00e8s-guerre.<\/p><p>Depuis les ann\u00e9es\u00a02010, <strong>les mouvements LGBTQI+ militent sans rel\u00e2che pour cr\u00e9er des espaces o\u00f9 l\u2019on accepte la diversit\u00e9 des identit\u00e9s<\/strong>. Mais le gouvernement r\u00e9siste, <strong>perp\u00e9tuant la discrimination syst\u00e9mique et l\u2019exclusion sociopolitique<\/strong> de la communaut\u00e9 LGBTQI+. Plus r\u00e9cemment, des candidats de droite ont profit\u00e9 des \u00e9lections de\u00a02023 <strong>pour exploiter le sentiment anti-LGBTQI+ \u00e0 des fins politiques<\/strong>, ce qui a exacerb\u00e9 la violence.<\/p><p>Pour contrer la violence anti-LGBTQI+ aujourd\u2019hui, <strong>il faut affronter le pass\u00e9 avec une approche intersectionnelle et syst\u00e9mique<\/strong>. La paix offre la possibilit\u00e9 <strong>de reconna\u00eetre les atrocit\u00e9s du pass\u00e9, mais la v\u00e9ritable r\u00e9conciliation passe par le traitement des causes sous-jacentes<\/strong> de la pauvret\u00e9, de la violence et de la discrimination.<\/p><p><strong>Avec le soutien d\u2019Inter\u00a0Pares, Asociaci\u00f3n Lambda\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/interpares.ca\/fr\/news\/la-sante-reproductive-et-les-droits-lgbtqi-au-guatemala\">est \u00e0 la t\u00eate de la lutte pour la justice LGBTQI+<\/a>.<\/strong>\u00a0Son travail adopte une approche intersectionnelle de <strong>la construction de la m\u00e9moire, du plaidoyer et de la formation avec des groupes LGBTQI+<\/strong> dans diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions. Elle va au-del\u00e0 de la ville de Guatemala <strong>pour impliquer les communaut\u00e9s rurales et autochtones<\/strong>, en affirmant l\u2019existence des queers et des trans.<\/p><blockquote><p>\u00ab Chaque groupe a des besoins qui lui sont propres \u00bb, explique le directeur de Lambda, Carlos Vald\u00e9s.<\/p><\/blockquote><p>Lambda consid\u00e8re <strong>les r\u00e9sultats des \u00e9lections de 2023 comme une nouvelle ouverture<\/strong> pour l\u2019expansion du mouvement LGBTQI+. Malgr\u00e9 les tensions politiques et la violence, Lambda navigue dans la complexit\u00e9 du contexte d\u2019apr\u00e8s-guerre au Guatemala et adapte ses programmes pour assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des participant-e-s.<\/p><p><strong>La r\u00e9silience de la communaut\u00e9 LGBTQI+, soutenue par des organisations comme Lambda, alimente ses efforts pour cr\u00e9er une soci\u00e9t\u00e9
