Ces r\u00e9flexions sont fond\u00e9es sur le travail r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle internationale par Inter Pares depuis pr\u00e8s de trente ans.<\/em><\/p><h3><span style=\"color: #015093;\">Un dialogue sur la politique \u00e9trang\u00e8re est un document qui vise \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer le cadre d\u2019ensemble des interventions du Canada dans le monde en s\u2019appuyant sur les objectifs et les valeurs du Canada. <\/span><\/h3><p>Les Canadiennes et les Canadiens y trouveront sans doute des raisons d\u2019\u00eatre fiers, s\u2019il s\u2019av\u00e8re que ces valeurs se mat\u00e9rialisent. Par contre, <strong>ils y verront tout autant de motifs d\u2019inqui\u00e9tude en constatant que les choix du Canada risquent de ne pas n\u00e9cessairement toujours refl\u00e9ter ses principes.<\/strong><\/p><p>Le document se fonde de mani\u00e8re explicite sur les valeurs et la culture auxquelles les Canadiens sont attach\u00e9s, et qui servent de base aux interventions du Canada dans le monde.
