Cette riche histoire n\u2019a toutefois jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 document\u00e9e ou explor\u00e9e jusqu\u2019ici. I<strong>nt\u00e9ress\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00e9tablir les liens entre d\u2019une part, l\u2019analyse et la m\u00e9thodologie f\u00e9ministes<\/strong> et, d\u2019autre part, les r\u00e9sultats de son travail, Inter Pares a entrepris <strong>un projet de recherche participative<\/strong> avec le soutien du Centre de recherches pour le d\u00e9veloppement international. Cette recherche devait nous permettre de r\u00e9pondre aux questions suivantes :<\/p><ul><li>Comment Inter Pares <strong>int\u00e8gre-t-elle son analyse f\u00e9ministe dans la pratique<\/strong> ?<\/li><li><strong>Quel est le lien entre la pratique f\u00e9ministe quotidienne d\u2019Inter Pares \u00e0 l\u2019interne et sa fa\u00e7on de travailler<\/strong> avec ses homologues \u00e0 l\u2019externe?<\/li><li><strong>Quel est le lien entre la fa\u00e7on de travailler d\u2019Inter Pares et les r\u00e9sultats<\/strong> not\u00e9s par les homologues et document\u00e9s dans les \u00e9valuations?<\/li><\/ul><p>Le personnel d\u2019Inter Pares a \u00e9labor\u00e9 <strong>une m\u00e9thodologie de recherche participative qui a fait appel \u00e0 des anciennes et anciens coll\u00e8gues, des homologues, des collaboratrices et collaborateurs<\/strong> partout dans le monde, des bailleurs de fonds et des membres du conseil d\u2019administration. Par l\u2019entremise d\u2019ateliers participatifs, d\u2019entrevues, de l\u2019\u00e9tude approfondie des documents organisationnels et d\u2019un rigoureux processus de validation, des membres du personnel d\u2019Inter Pares ont document\u00e9 les points de vue et exp\u00e9riences de personnes ayant collabor\u00e9 avec l\u2019organisation sur une p\u00e9riode de plusieurs ann\u00e9es, et en ont fait l\u2019analyse critique. Ce document <strong>pr\u00e9sente le r\u00e9sultat de cette recherche ; il a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9 par l\u2019entremise d\u2019un processus r\u00e9dactionnel collectif<\/strong> parmi le personnel d\u2019Inter Pares.<\/p><p><em>Les principales r\u00e9dactrices sont Karen Cocq, Rachel Gouin et Samantha McGavin.
