Selon ses constatations, il ne s\u2019agissait pas d\u2019attaques isol\u00e9es ou al\u00e9atoires, mais bien <strong>de pratiques soutenues, ancr\u00e9es dans l\u2019in\u00e9galit\u00e9 de genre patriarcale et syst\u00e9mique<\/strong> ainsi que les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s culturels \u00e9tablis qui ont aid\u00e9 les groupes arm\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u00e9gitimer leurs agissements et contr\u00f4ler les populations civiles.<\/p><p>La signature de l\u2019accord de paix en 2016 pr\u00e9voyait un nouveau cadre pour la justice transitionnelle en Colombie \u2013 un processus appliqu\u00e9 dans les pays qui \u00e9mergent d\u2019un conflit o\u00f9 le caract\u00e8re syst\u00e9matique ou l\u2019ampleur des violations des droits de la personne d\u00e9passe les capacit\u00e9s du syst\u00e8me de justice ordinaire. <strong>La justice transitionnelle reconna\u00eet la dignit\u00e9 des victimes, identifie les violations et s\u2019efforce de pr\u00e9venir leur r\u00e9currence.<\/strong><\/p><p>Avec l\u2019appui d\u2019Inter Pares, Colombia Diversa a saisi cette occasion <strong>d\u2019exposer la v\u00e9rit\u00e9, d\u2019obtenir justice et de voir \u00e0 ce que les victimes et les survivant-e-s LGBTIQ+ ne vivent plus jamais la m\u00eame chose<\/strong>. De concert avec des activistes et survivant-e-s LGBTIQ+, Colombia Diversa <strong>documente la violence fond\u00e9e sur les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s pendant le conflit, produit des rapports d\u00e9taill\u00e9s<\/strong> \u00e0 l\u2019intention de la Commission de v\u00e9rit\u00e9 de la Colombie et autres instances de la justice transitionnelle, <strong>en plus d\u2019offrir repr\u00e9sentation juridique et soutien psychosocial<\/strong> aux victimes et aux survivant-e-s.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div
