#015093;\">Le SISAY (Centro de Desarrollo Andino, Centre pour le d\u00e9veloppement andin) offre un soutien technique et organisationnel aux communaut\u00e9s rurales des provinces d&rsquo;Ayacucho et de Huancavelica, notamment dans le cadre de programmes relatifs \u00e0 la pauvret\u00e9 et \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire.<\/span><\/h3><p>Ces programmes cherchent \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre des r\u00e9formes institutionnelles relatives aux droits pour promouvoir la participation et l\u2019inclusion des populations dans une \u00e9conomie durable et pour favoriser une
