#015093;\">L\u2019Initiative de planification de l\u2019avenir est une coalition d\u2019organismes canadiens qui militent collectivement pour le leadership du Canada en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 et de droits sexuels et g\u00e9n\u00e9siques (SDSG). <\/span><\/h3><p>Reconnaissant que ces droits sont centraux \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 et au d\u00e9veloppement durable, l\u2019Initiative de planification de l\u2019avenir travaille \u00e0 l\u2019avancement de l\u2019ordre du jour de la SDSG.<\/p><p>L\u2019Initiative de planification de l\u2019avenir se compose de six organismes :<\/p><p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.actioncanadashr.org\/fr\">Action Canada pour la sant\u00e9 et les droits sexuels<\/a><\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/cooperation.ca\/fr\/\">Coop\u00e9ration Canada<\/a><\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.canwach.ca\/fr\">Partenariat canadian pour la sant\u00e9 des femmes et des enfants<\/a><\/p><p><a href=\"http:\/\/global-canada.org\/\">Global Canada<\/a><\/p><p><a
