Digital cards

If you choose to send your personalized message via email, you will be able to select both a message and an digital card that reflect your preferences. After your donation is processed, you will receive an email with the subject line, Complete your dedication with a personal message. Simply follow the instructions provided in the email to finalize your dedication.

Cards

If you prefer to send a physical card, you will be able to choose a personalized message and a card. Here’s how to select a card:

Once your tribute donation is complete, click “Send a personalized card with your dedication.” OR wait a moment to receive an email from Maelie with the subject line “Complete your dedication with a personal message,” and click the button inviting you to complete your dedication. Both options will bring you to a form online where you can choose to send a card by postal mail under “delivery type.”
Fill out the rest of the form with the information about your donation dedicatee and press “Send postal mail.”

Reply to the email, “Complete your dedication with a personal message” from Maelie with your card choice (option 1, 2 or 3).
