Inter Pares’ submission to the pre-budget consultations in advance of the 2026 budget

In Spring 2026, the House of Commons Standing Committee on Finance (FINA) invited Canadians to participate in its annual pre-budget consultation process. Inter Pares submitted a written brief to the process, outlining eight key recommendations for the Government of Canada to consider when developing the 2026 Federal Budget.
